Does anyone else feel like this year is flying by?! It’s feels like we just had Christmas and here we are, about a week away from Easter! I absolutely love holidays in general because they are a special time where I see all of my family and extended family members.
My sisters are coming into town this week, so I am extra excited to see my little buddies! I have two younger sisters, so things are NEVER boring, to say the least. We are all super different, but get along so well. They have both been huge supporters of me starting this blog, and are always giving me such great advice (one has a business marketing job and the other is an english major in college).
With the Easter holiday, comes yummy brunch. A super cute dress is a MUST when it comes to brunches!
I absolutely love the pink tweed material with the black lace detail. Tweed has become on of my favorite materials as I mentioned before in this post.
If you haven’t noticed already, I love jeweled accessories. I chose a purse and pointed-toe heels with jeweled accents in order to compliment this dress.
This location was so gorgeous! The flowers were such a pretty pink, these pictures don’t do them justice.
I love the ruffled skirt. If adds the perfect feminine touch to the dress!

I am especially thankful this Easter for the true meaning of the holiday. I constantly feel blessed to have a Savior who would suffer and die to save me. I feel Him working in my life everyday and through that comes unspeakable joy! If you are curious about the true meaning behind Easter, I would recommend the movie “The Passion of the Christ” or if you would like to read the Easter story you can in the Bible in Luke chapters 22-24.
It’s only fitting that I do an Easter verse of the day for today’s post and it is “Then the angel spoke to the women. ‘Don’t be afraid!’ he said. ‘I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead, just as he said would happen.'” Matthew 28: 5-6. Have a wonderful Saturday everyone!
