Thanksgiving has come and gone and now it is almost officially the beginning of the Christmas season! Hubs and I have started to dust off the ornaments and bring out the Christmas tree lights. We haven’t gotten our tree just yet because it somehow feels wrong to put up a Christmas tree when it’s still November. Christmas is by far my favorite holiday because we get to celebrate Jesus, and it’s a time filled with love, laughter and lots of family.
We have tons of great traditions for this holiday season, but one of my favorites is the Advent Calendar. This tradition started when I was younger. My mom would come home with a chocolate-filled advent calendar at the end of November for me and my sisters. We would get so excited to eat our chocolate as we counted down the days until Christmas. Don’t get me wrong, I love the chocolate advent calendars, that was until I saw this nail polish advent calendar from Ciate.
I saw this online a little bit ago and HAD to have it! It’s the perfect girlie “gift-to-self” to count down the days until Christmas. Each box has a cute design along with a fun saying as you can see in these photos. This advent calendar may seem a bit pricey, but Ciate nail polish is super high quality and there are 24 polishes! Ciate had one similar to this last year, but it sold out really quickly. Make sure you grab one for yourself before the start of the Christmas season!
