Happy weekend! The weather has started changing again in SoCal. Some days are chilly and some days are so hot {even in the 80’s}. Because the weather has started to transition, so have my clothes. I love the look of a sweater dress because it’s cozy yet cute at the same time. Of course, they aren’t meant for extremely cold weather, but are perfect for cool to warm weather.
I saw this one online at Nordstrom and fell in love with the cowl neck style. I also love this sweater dress with the ruffle sleeves, but it’s a little more expensive than the one I’m wearing. This dress is a lot longer than I imagined. I am 5′ 3″ and it hits just above my knee, as you can see in the photos. I wanted it to be a little shorter, but I actually have come to like the length. The material is super soft and cozy without being too thick.

Unfortunately, I will be working this weekend, but I had the BEST day off yesterday. I don’t think I did much other than laundry and binge watch Reign on Netflix. If you watched my Instagram stories, then you know I got locked in the stairs. Lesson 1: always bring your keys with you! Oh, and I somehow ended up buying 3 boxes of Girl Scout cookies… oops 😉
