One of my favorite things about Anthropologie is that they always have amazing sales! Back in June I saw these green pants and these floral pants. I wanted both pairs so badly, but they were expensive so I decided to pick one over the other {self control I guess}. Little did I know, My favorite green pants would go on MAJOR sale only a month later! I was strolling through Anthropologie at Fashion Island and there they were. The most gorgeous kelly green pants hanging on the sale rack. “Extra 40% off Sale Prices” the sign said. In that moment I knew I was purchasing them no matter what, and they turned out to be less than $30! Lucky for you, these babies are still available in select sizes in green AND pink 🙂
I found this gorgeous clutch in a similar way. Unfortunately, it has sold out since. Is it weird that I fall in love with clothes and get SO excited when I purchase them for a good price? Sometimes I have to laugh at myself because I really do find so much joy in creating fun outfits. I guess that’s why I started Sweet Darling.
If you are thinking about purchasing these pants, definitely give them a shot. They fit true to size; I am 5’3″ wearing a size 26 Petite. These pants are no longer available in Petite sizes, but my petite pants end a little bit above my ankles so I feel that a normal length pant would fit me just fine. I love wearing these pants on a date night dressed up with a nice top and heels as pictured; to work with a nice cardigan and my favorite Cole Haan bow flats; for a casual day with a tank and some slip ons. These truly are a great versatile pant.
