I am so excited to share this post with you! I have recently gotten really into good skin care and makeup products. I always had an appreciation for quality makeup, but I feel as though I have begun to appreciate good makeup products more so over the past year. Skincare has really become my thing in the past 6 months!

Recently, I have fallen in love with everything Sunday Riley. I love how Sunday Riley is actually a chemist who created skincare that really works! Let me tell you, the UFO oil is everything and more. I don’t have bad acne, and never really have, but every once in a while I totally break out and it’s awful! This oil really helps calm my skin and prevent breakouts. It even makes those evil pimps disappear when they start to form. More recently, I tried this Skin Brightening Kit and you guys, it’s THE BOMB. I have noticed my fine lines diminishing and my skin appears brighter each day. I wear the Good Genes and Tidal Moisturizer at night and the CEO Vitamin C Serum in the morning under moisturizer. If you are looking for good skin care products, ALL of these are a MUST!
I have been using this mask from Mario Badescu and have really noticed a change in my skin. This product has also contributed to a brighter complexion. I try to use this product at least twice a week.
Next up is my favorite spring eyeshadow palette – The Tarte Mermaid Pallete – need I say more?! I love this palette because the colors are super vibrant and pigmented. The shimmer shadows look amazing and all of the shadows stay on really well. This is a limited edition product so I would recommend purchasing it ASAP because I have a feeling it won’t last for long.
Im totally obsessed with this highlighter from Too Faced. So much so, I have got my mom and sisters in love with it too 🙂 Too Faced makes two color options and I love the Warm Glow for a more golden, summer highlight. I tried the Rosy Glow but it was a little too winter-white highlight for me.
This under-eye brightening corrector from BECCA cosmetics and NARS creamer concealer are the best products for covering dark under eye circles. I have dark circles that are hereditary meaning they do not go away even if I were to sleep 10 hours straight every day for a month. Unfortunately, it’s what God gave me, but hey it’s not so bad now that I have found the perfect combo to hide them. You only need a tiny bit of the brightener along with some concealer to instantly have a brighter under eye area.
Last to top off the perfect makeup look is a good setting powder. I loved this one from Laura Mercier the second I tried it. My mom and sister are also hooked on it. I purchased the smaller version about 8-9 months ago and still have A TON left. I would definitely recommend this product to help your look stay in place all day.
