Ruffles and Rompers.

Happy Wednesday and happy second day of August! August is one of my favorite months because it’s my birthday month! I’m turning 26 this month which is kind of a weird age… It’s officially “mid-twenties” BOO 😉 People, life goes by WAY too fast. I swear college graduation was just yesterday and here I am, fast forward 3 years! I have been thinking about how times flies, and I have really been trying to focus on the present. Sometimes we worry so much about where we will be in 5 years that we forget to enjoy where we are now. I don’t know about you, but 26 is going to be a good year and I’m going to enjoy every minute of it!

Today, I’m sharing this gorgeous romper from Francesca’s. This store has been around for awhile, but I just stumbled on to it a few months ago. They have the cutest clothes and are super reasonable. In fact, I bought this romper for $44 and now it is on sale for $20! Such a good deal.

I fell in love with the color combination on this romper. It’s a mix of periwinkle blue, baby pink and cranberry. Would have never thought of those colors together, but I love them! I paired this romper with one of my favorite necklaces (I also have it in gold). Lucky for you guys, this necklace is also part of the Nordstrom Sale in different colors, but sold out 🙁 Hopefully it’ll be restocked soon. Stay tuned for restocking!

This romper style (flowy with a high waist-line) is super flattering! I have a long torso and short legs so rompers don’t always look the best on me, but I love this shape. The ruffling on the edge is also very flattering because it makes your legs look slim. This romper fits very “true to size.” I am wearing size small.

The future is important, but God is in control so just enjoy the present 🙂
