Does anyone else love the Fourth of July? My Fourth of July for the past 5-6 years has consisted of the beach, home made ice cream, fireworks and quality time with Hubby’s family. This tradition started when I was a freshman in college, before we had even started dating, and I haven’t missed one since! This year, we are going on vacation with my family, so things will be a little different.
Because Fourth of July is right around the corner, I wanted to share an outfit that would be perfect for the holiday!
My parents gave me these earrings from Michael Negrin as a Christmas gift and I’m totally obsessed. The Michal Negrin designs are SO unique and feminine. This brand is really high quality, but can be on the pricier side.
I bought this top from Anthropologie awhile back, and I still wear it all the time. Linen is becoming one of my favorite materials because it is so light making it perfect for all of the hot summer days.
I love the straw beach bag look. The straw material is super light weight and is also very versatile. I plan on using this bag a ton this summer!

Verse of the Day: “But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because He is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful just as you Father is merciful.” – Luke 6:35. This verse is definitely one of the hardest things to live by. Who wants to be nice to people who hurt you? BUT it’s such a great reminder that even though we do not deserve God’s love, He loves us anyway.
Today, I will be working at the hospital 🙁 but Hubs and I are going out to dinner with some good friends tonight. We are going to Eureka Burger which is my favorite burger place EVER If you live by one, you HAVE to go and get the Fig burger – sounds gross I know, but its AMAZING! Does anyone have anything fun planned this weekend?!
