I don’t know about you guys, but lately it has been raining non-stop here is SoCal. We are so grateful for the rain because it’s been extremely dry the past few years (and I mean drought-status). The funny thing about weather in Southern California is that we don’t get much of it, so when it does come no one really knows what to do. It has been a little scary driving on the freeways during the rain because there are so many crazy drivers! Not to mention a lot of the streets are flooded including the main street I take to work.
In honor of all the rain, it’s only fitting I share a rain-proof outfit with you guys! Pink is definitely my favorite color, so naturally I needed a pink rain coat! I have had this one for awhile, but I made sure to link some similar ones.
I brightened up my baby pink raincoat with a Dooney and Bourke magenta-colored purse my sweet Mother-in-Law got me for Christmas and a liquid lipstick from the Too Faced Melted collection (color: Melted Berry). I would really recommend these lipsticks, they are super pigmented and stay on all day!
I am completely in love with these Burberry rainboots. They are super comfortable and such a classic. I paired them with some cute ruffled socks to keep my toes warm and add a little flare! These boots would also look super cute with some gray scrunched socks.
