Polka Dots and Puffed Sleeves.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Wednesday! Today I am sharing the cutest polka dot, puffed sleeve top. I am absolutely loving the balloon sleeve trend. After seeing a few bloggers wear it, I knew I needed to find a cute balloon sleeve top to share with you guys. I went shopping at Forever 21 a few weeks ago and absolutely fell in love with this top. I love the sheer material, neck tie front and the polka dot accents.

This top is perfect because it can be dressed up or down. When I shop, I try to find clothing that is versatile so it can be worn over again while still creating fresh new outfits. I decided to create a causal look with this top, but it would also look super cute with a fun spring skirt and a pair of pointed toe pumps. This top is very true to size. I am 5’3″ wearing a size small. You will definitely want to wear a tank top underneath because, like I said earlier, this top is VERY sheer.
