Happy Saturday guys! Unfortunately, I’m at work today but we are going to the Angel’s baseball game tonight with my parents and I am so excited! I have been a baseball fan for awhile now. Both sets of grandparents loved baseball, my dad loves baseball, my in-laws love baseball and my husband loves baseball; let’s just say I come from a long line of baseball lovers 🙂
I still have memories of going to games with my dad and sisters when I was really young. The memories always bring me back to warm summer days, frozen lemonade and the sound of a baseball being hit out of the park. Now that summer is coming, I am transitioning to lighter clothing. One perfect piece to have in your closet for summer is a kimono.
I love the colors and lace detail of this long kimono. It goes so well with pants on a cooler day, but would also go nicely with a pair of denim shorts as well.
I love kimonos because they are light and flowy. During the summer time, I live in this type of clothing because it gets so darn hot here in SoCal.

Todays verse of the day is “‘I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.'” – Luke 6: 27-28. This verse is extra difficult to carry out in life. Although it can be challenging, I have found that all people respond to kindness, even those who give you a hard time. I have been trying to live this verse out more so than ever and I hope it is encouraging to you!
