It’s MV time

Happy Wednesday! When I was doing one of my dietetic internship rotations in Fiji, the locals would never use clocks to tell what time it was. Whenever you would ask what time it was, they would say “it’s Fiji time.” Thats how I feel on this vacation. I don’t want to know what time it is, all I know is it’s MV time and I’m loving it 🙂 So far, we have spent some time at the beach, the pool and in each of the little town’s. My favorite town in Martha’s Vineyard is called Edgartown. It’s so cute and has so many quaint shops and yummy places to eat. Hubby’s favorite place is called “Among the Flowers.” It’s an adorable indoor, outdoor cafe that serves THE best omelets! If Hubs had the choice, he would eat breakfast for every meal. He’s really good at cooking it too 🙂

Martha’s Vineyard is a pretty small island. It doesn’t even have any stop lights! Can you imagine? Because it’s so tiny, we do a ton of biking and walking around. Rompers have been my go-to for all of this activity!

Rompers really are the perfect summer outfit because they are easy to wear and breathe well for the warm weather. When I first saw this romper, I fell in love. I’m such a sucker for brilliant colors and patterns (but I’m sure you already knew that).

I hope you all are having a wonderful week! I started getting the vacation blues today because I really am enjoying my stay here and don’t want to go back! Hubs reminded me to be in the moment and enjoy the time I have. Such a great thing to remember to appreciate the moment your in, instead of worrying about the future. Which brings me to my verse of the day: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of it’s own.” – Matthew 6:34.
