Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend. This weekend Hubs and I took blog photos, of course – what a trooper hubby I have, went on a double date to Wood Ranch (best BBQ ever), and ended up playing tons of games at Dave and Busters after. I seriously think sometimes I’m a little kid in an adult body because if you give me some tokens and some games, I am completely content all night long 🙂
I’m extra excited about today’s post because I am all about versatile clothing and I’m sure you are too! I was so lucky to work with the lovely @lularoeamberlee for this post. It was great working with her because she is so sweet and her company designs clothing that empowers women to look and feel as beautiful as they are. That is definitely something I can get behind, if you ask me!
I had a ton of fun creating three completely different looks with this simple green tube dress. I’m totally on a budget (aren’t we all), so any item that I can create different looks with is definitely a must!
The first look I created with this dress is a causal and comfy look. I dressed it down with a cute plaid shirt and some white converses. I would wear this outfit on a warm, spring day running errands around town.

This second look I created is more of a working-girl, corporate-type look. I paired this super cute white sweater with the green dress to make it look like a two piece set (bet you thought it was a skirt) and of course accessorized it with a statement necklace and the most perfect pointed toe heels – they are seriously so comfortable.

With this third look, I wanted to create an outfit that could be worn during the day or at night. I dressed this look up with long pendant necklace and some super cute wedges while kept it casual by adding a denim jacket.

I hope this post inspires you to create lots of versatile looks with your own closet staples! If any of you have questions regarding my super fun green dress, please contact @lularoeamberlee on Instagram, and she would be so happy to help you out 🙂
Today words of encouragement are this : “The best view comes after the hardest climb.”
Have a wonderful rest of the week!
