Happy Wednesday guys! I hope you all are having a wonderful week. For those of you who read my Birthday Wishlist post, I wanted to let you all know that Hubs surprised me and gave me the camera of my dreams for my birthday. I had done some research on a few Canon DSLR cameras and concluded that the best model for me (based on ability, pricing, picture quality, etc) was the Canon EOS Rebel T6i and Hubs went above and beyond and got me the Canon EOS Rebel T6s!!! I was beyond excited and can’t believe he did that! I can’t wait to show you guys some new content using my brand new camera 🙂
This week, I am sharing one of my new favorite trends: Gingham. Gingham is everywhere. You can find the print on tops, dresses, pants, purses; you name it and there’s probably a product in gingham somewhere. I love it because it’s simple yet unique.
I bought this dress from Anthropologie awhile ago, but I wanted to share it with you because I absolutely love the brightness of the red gingham and shape of the swing dress. It’s been perfect to wear because the weather is still hot here in CA.
I bought this straw, cross body bag from Zara and am completely in love with it. I love the straw material and the bright pom pom accessories. Unfortunately, it is no longer available (cute things sell quickly) but I made sure to link some similar ones!
I paired this dress with my favorite gladiator sandals from Target. These just sold out 🙁 but continue to restock. If you don’t have a pair, should should definitely consider it when they come back in stock. They took a little breaking in, but now I wear them everywhere! The material is super nice and the style looks so similar to the Valentino Rockstud Sandal, but these are only $25!!!
Dress: Anthropologie (old) similar here and here, Shoes: Target (sold out) similar here, Purse: Zara (sold out) similar here and here
Wishing you the best rest of the week! Enjoy the last weeks of summer because fall is coming quickly! Verse of the Day: “‘Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord you God will be with you wherever you go.'” – Joshua 1:9
