Happy Monday! I cannot believe it’s already July! Eric and I spent yesterday at the beach and it was so nice! I wish the weekend lasted just a little bit longer.
I had been looking for a pair of high-waisted denim shorts for a while. I have a really long torso so finding the right length and fit was difficult. I actually stumbled upon these shorts while browsing Express at the mall. I didn’t think they would fit, but decided to give them a try anyway. I’m so glad I decided to try them on because I fell in love the second I wore them.
These are pretty true to size and may even run a little large. I am wearing a size 0 in these shorts. The material is also stretchy which I love. Denim that stretches provides a better fit than denim that does not. Right now, Express is having a huge sale where if you buy an item, you get the second one for $19.90! Such an amazing sale just in time for the Fourth of July!
