I can’t believe the Fourth of July is less than a week away (um excuse me life, slow down)! If you read my last post, then you know I have my own family Independence day traditions. With these family traditions comes getting dressed up and being festive! This year Hubs bought an American flag shirt and it is SO CUTE… I mean handsome and manly 😉 For some reason, I had THE hardest time finding a Fourth of July outfit! I had the cutest look imagined in my head: a red maxi dress and a flag neck scarf. Unfortunately, when I seem to plan things ahead of time they never seem to work out. I do have a plan B and I’m so excited to share it with you, but you’ll have to wait until the holiday! 🙂

Verse of the Day: “The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear Him; He hears their cry and saves them.” – Psalm 145: 18-29. I love this verse because it is so comforting to me. Life isn’t always easy, but I can rest in the fact that God hears me when I call to Him in the good times and the bad.
